プライバシーポリシー
株式会社ユニベル（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するWebサービスおよび事業者向けの業務支援ツール（以下あわせて「本サービス」）において取り扱う情報について、以下のとおり方針を定めます。

2. 取得する情報と利用目的
2-1. Webサイトの閲覧に伴い取得する情報
アクセス状況の把握とサービス改善のため、閲覧されたページ、参照元、ブラウザの種別、IPアドレス等の情報を取得する場合があります。これらを特定の個人を識別する目的で利用することはありません。
2-2. お問い合わせに伴い取得する情報
お問い合わせの際にご提供いただく氏名、メールアドレス、ご相談内容等を、回答および必要な連絡のために利用します。
2-3. 業務支援ツールにおいて取得する情報
当社は、事業者（以下「利用事業者」）が自ら運用権限を持つ、または権限を委任されている外部プラットフォーム上のアカウントについて、当該プラットフォームが公式に提供するAPIを通じて情報を取得します。取得は、アカウント所有者が当該プラットフォームの公式な認可手続きを完了した場合に限り行われます。当社がアカウントのパスワードを取得・保管することはありません。
3. TikTokのデータの取り扱い
当社の業務支援ツールは、TikTok が提供する公式API（TikTok API for Business）を通じてのみ TikTok のデータにアクセスします。ブラウザ操作の自動化その他の非公式な手段を用いることはありません。
3-1. 取得する情報

3-2. 利用目的
- 利用事業者の運用担当者が、認可されたアカウントに届いたコメントを確認し、返信文を作成・編集・承認して送信するため
- 利用事業者が制作した動画を、認可されたアカウントへ投稿するため
- 過去の返信内容をもとに、当該アカウントの文体に沿った返信文の案を作成するため
返信文の案の作成には言語モデルを利用しますが、送信されるすべての返信は、送信前に運用担当者が内容を確認し、承認したものに限られます。本ツールが自動的に返信を送信することはありません。
3-3. 行わないこと
- 取得した情報を第三者に販売、貸与すること
- 取得した情報を広告のターゲティングに利用すること
- 取得した情報を、本項に定める目的以外で利用すること
- 認可されていないアカウントの情報を取得すること、および当該アカウントに対して投稿・返信を行うこと
3-4. 保管と削除
取得した情報は、上記の目的の達成に必要な期間に限り保管します。アカウント所有者が認可を解除した場合、当社は当該アカウントに関して取得した情報およびアクセストークンを、遅滞なく（遅くとも30日以内に）削除します。認可の解除は、アカウント所有者がTikTokの設定画面から、または当社への連絡によりいつでも行うことができます。
4. 第三者への提供
当社は、次の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。
- ご本人または権限を有する事業者の同意がある場合
- 法令にもとづく場合、または人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要であって、同意を得ることが困難な場合
なお、業務支援ツールにおいて取得した情報は、当該アカウントの運用を委任されている利用事業者の運用担当者が、業務の遂行に必要な範囲で参照します。
5. 業務委託
当社は、サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、データの保管等の業務を外部事業者に委託することがあります。委託先の選定にあたっては安全管理の水準を確認し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
6. 安全管理措置
- 通信はすべて暗号化された経路で行います
- アクセストークンを含む情報は、アクセス権限を限定した領域に保管し、権限のない利用者からは参照できないよう制御します
- 取り扱う担当者を必要最小限に限定します
7. 開示・訂正・削除等の請求
ご自身の情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止、削除をご希望の場合は、第1項の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従って対応します。
8. Cookie等について
当社のWebサイトは、利用状況の把握のためにCookie等を利用する場合があります。ブラウザの設定により無効にすることができますが、その場合、一部の機能が利用できなくなることがあります。
9. 本方針の変更
法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて、本方針を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページに掲載してお知らせします。

UNIBELL Inc. ("we", "us") sets out below how we handle information in our web services and in the operational tools we provide to businesses (together, the "Services").

2. Information we collect
When you browse our website we may collect pages viewed, referrer, browser type and IP address, solely to understand usage and improve the Services. When you contact us we use the name, email address and content you provide to respond to you.
In our operational tools, we access information relating to accounts on third-party platforms that a business operates itself or has been authorized to manage. Such access occurs only after the account owner has completed that platform's official authorization flow. We never collect or store account passwords.
3. Handling of TikTok data
Our operational tool accesses TikTok data exclusively through the official TikTok API for Business. We do not use browser automation or any other unofficial means.

3-2. Purposes
- To allow the operator of the authorized account to review incoming comments and to compose, edit, approve and send replies
- To publish videos produced by the business to the authorized account
- To prepare suggested reply drafts consistent with the account's own previous replies
Reply drafts are prepared with the assistance of a language model. Every reply that is sent has been reviewed and manually approved by a human operator beforehand. The tool never sends replies automatically.
3-3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or otherwise transfer the data to third parties
- We do not use the data for advertising targeting
- We do not use the data for any purpose other than those stated above
- We do not access data of, or post or reply on, accounts that have not authorized us
3-4. Retention and deletion
We retain the data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. If the account owner revokes the authorization, we delete the data and access tokens obtained for that account without undue delay, and in any event within 30 days. An account owner may revoke authorization at any time through TikTok's own settings or by contacting us.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose collected information to third parties except with the consent of the individual or the authorized business, or where required by law or necessary to protect life, health or property where consent cannot reasonably be obtained. Information obtained through the operational tool is accessed by the operators of the business authorized to manage the account, to the extent necessary to perform their work.
5. Subcontractors
We may engage external providers, for example for data storage, to the extent necessary to provide the Services. We assess their security standards and supervise them appropriately.
6. Security measures
- All communications are carried over encrypted connections
- Data including access tokens is stored in access-restricted storage that cannot be read by unauthorized parties
- The number of personnel handling the data is kept to the minimum necessary
7. Your rights
To request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of your information, please contact us at the address in Section 1. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Cookies
Our website may use cookies to understand usage. You can disable them in your browser, although some functions may then be unavailable.
9. Changes
We may update this policy in response to changes in law or in our Services. Material changes will be announced on this page.
